Resumen: The 25th anniversary of the adoption of the Spanish Constitution could seem in respect of experience of the world constitutionalism as a relatively short episode. But for those states which passed through an complicated undemocratic period in their past can be a quarter of a century of an un-interrupted democratic development very important. In this sense share the Spain and the Czech Republic some common features both in their history (the franquist regime or the governance of communist party) and in respect of searching for ways how to settle consequences of an undemocratic past and its legacy. |
